- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
- All pallets are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipping to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your pallet has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- LiquidationElite.com partners with reputable carriers for pallet deliveries, including freight and LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping providers.
- Shipping method depends on the size, weight, and destination of the pallet.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Shipping Timeframes
- Estimated shipping times vary depending on location:
- Domestic Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: Up to 14 business days
- Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or holidays.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the pallet and will be displayed at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for paying all shipping fees, unless otherwise stated in a promotion or offer.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your pallet has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
- LiquidationElite.com is not responsible for delays once the pallet is in the carrier’s possession, but we will assist with any issues that arise during transit.
6. Delivery & Receiving
- Pallets are typically delivered curbside at the provided shipping address.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to inspect and receive the pallet at the time of delivery.
- Customers should inspect pallets immediately upon delivery and report any significant shipping damage to both the carrier and LiquidationElite.com within 5 business days.
7. Shipping Damage Claims
- If your pallet arrives damaged, please provide photos and a description of the damage.
- Claims must be submitted to support@liquidationelite.com within 5 business days of delivery.
- Approved claims may result in a partial refund, replacement items, or other resolutions at our discretion.
8. International Shipping
- Currently, LiquidationElite.com ships only within the United States.
- International shipping may be available in the future; policies and shipping rates will be updated accordingly.
