At LiquidationElite.com, we provide customers with high-quality liquidation pallets at competitive prices. Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, all items are generally sold “as-is”. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy
- All pallets sold by LiquidationElite.com are final sale, non-returnable, and non-refundable, except in cases where the pallet received is significantly different from what was ordered or arrives damaged during shipping.
- By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that liquidation pallets may include overstock, mixed items, or minor imperfections.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Shipment: If you receive a pallet that is substantially different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong product category or completely different items).
- Shipping Damage: If the pallet arrives with significant damage that renders the majority of items unusable.
Important: Minor cosmetic imperfections, dents, or packaging damage do not qualify for returns.
3. Return Request Procedure
To request a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support within 5 business days of receiving your pallet at support@liquidationelite.com.
- Provide the following information:
- Order number
- Photos of the damage or incorrect shipment
- Description of the issue
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with instructions for returning the pallet, if applicable.
4. Return Approval and Process
- Approved returns must be shipped back to LiquidationElite.com at the address provided by our support team.
- Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the pallet and do not include shipping or handling fees.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days after the returned pallet is received.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Pallets purchased “as-is” without damage or discrepancy
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Minor cosmetic flaws, dents, or scratches
6. Exchanges
- LiquidationElite.com does not offer exchanges.
- If a pallet is eligible for a return, the customer may receive a refund as outlined above.
7. Shipping Damage Claims
- Customers should inspect pallets immediately upon delivery.
- If damage occurs during shipping, contact both the shipping carrier and LiquidationElite.com Customer Support immediately.
- Partial damage may result in a partial refund or replacement items, at the discretion of LiquidationElite.com.
