At LiquidationElite.com, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality liquidation pallets at competitive prices. Due to the nature of liquidation sales, all items are sold “as-is” unless otherwise stated. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy
- All purchases from LiquidationElite.com are final and non-returnable, except in the specific circumstances outlined below.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that liquidation pallets may contain mixed, used, or overstocked items and that minor cosmetic defects may exist.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive a pallet that is significantly different from your order (e.g., wrong category or product type).
- Damaged or Missing Items: If your pallet arrives with significant damage during shipping that makes the majority of the items unusable.
Note: Minor dents, scratches, or packaging damage do not qualify for a refund.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team within 5 business days of receiving your shipment at info@liquidationelite.com.
- Include the following information:
- Order number
- Photos of the damage or discrepancy
- Description of the issue
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with instructions.
4. Refund Approval and Process
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the pallet and do not include shipping or handling fees.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Pallets purchased “as-is” with no damage or discrepancy
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Minor cosmetic imperfections, scratches, or dents
6. Exchanges
At this time, LiquidationElite.com does not offer exchanges. If your pallet is eligible for a refund, it will be refunded according to the procedure above.
7. Shipping Damage Claims
- Customers must inspect pallets immediately upon delivery.
- If damage occurs during shipping, contact the shipping carrier and our support team immediately.
- Partial damage claims may be resolved with a partial refund or replacement items, at our discretion.
